Design capacity of 400,000 tonnes of hot rolled aluminium sheet and strip per year. Phase I of the project, the melting and casting workshop has a total of 2 sets of 45 tonnes open lid melting furnaces and 2 sets of 45 tonnes tilting and holding furnaces, and 1 set of hydraulic externally-conducted hot top casting machine.
