It consists of melting furnace, crucible, heating element, lid lifting mechanism, electric automatic temperature control system and so on. The furnace shell is welded into a cylindrical shape by steel profile and steel plate. 1) Furnace body. 3) Degassing refining and densification system. 4) Feeding system. The charging system can be used mechanically and automatically, or manually, so that the matched charge can enter the melting chamber.
5) Smoke exhaust system. In the melting furnace after the upper corner of the set sound 300mm exhaust pipe, the smoke will be discharged outdoors.
6) Temperature measurement system. With automatic temperature control instrument connected with temperature measuring thermocouple, it can automatically control the temperature of each temperature measuring point.
