This project is an aluminium liquid direct supply project project with a design capacity of 80,000 tonnes per year. This project mainly supplies aluminium water directly for Great Wall Motor Parts Company. Including 22 tons of tilting melting furnace, 20 tons of regenerative melting furnace, 15 tons of melting alloy furnace and other equipment, melting and adjusting the alloy to the customer's requirements of the temperature of the aluminium water into the aluminium water transfer package, sent to the customer site, directly for casting. The main alloy grades are: ADC12, AC-4B, AlSi6Cu4, AlSi10MgCu, AlSi7Cu3Mg and so on.
