This project is a direct supply project of aluminium liquid and alloy ingot.
Design capacity: 100,000 tonnes per year. The aluminium alloys required by customers are matched, and after refining and degassing and other processes, the aluminium water is poured into the aluminium water transfer kit at the temperature required by customers, and sent to customers' sites for direct casting. The main alloy grades are: ADC12, AC-4B, AlSi6Cu4, AlSi10MgCu, AlSi7Cu3Mg and so on.
There are 1 set of 15 ton continuous melting furnace, 2 sets of 35 ton melting furnace; 1 set of 35 ton alloy holding furnace, 1 set of 45 ton melting furnace, 1 set of 20 ton melting alloy furnace,1 set of 25 ton alloy holding furnace, 1 set of 30 ton alloy holding furnace, a total of 8 furnaces. The aluminium water of this project is directly supplied to Auto Parts Company.
