What is the structure of the aging furnace
The aging furnace encloses a large space, closed by the front entrance and the back wall, forming the working space of the aluminium alloy aging furnace, where the hot air exchanges heat with the aluminium profile. The exterior is made of A3 steel plate, continuously welded and reinforced with sectional steel, which has good strength and airtightness. Furnace door adopts guide rail design, the door is closed by the self-weight of the door, and the hot air does not leak out when heating. The opening and closing of the furnace door aging furnace uses the cyclic motion of the cycloid reducer and counterweight, and the self-locking of the electromagnetic brake motor is used to prevent the furnace door from falling down by itself and to ensure the safety of operation.

Purpose of ageing in aluminium alloy ageing furnaces
Aluminium Ageing Furnace Ageing process is a heat treatment process in which alloy workpieces are subjected to solution treatment, cold plastic deformation or casting, forging, and placement at high or room temperature to maintain their properties, shape and dimensions. Over time. Heating the workpiece to a high temperature and aging it for a short period of time is called artificial aging treatment, and when it is placed at room temperature or stored for a long period of time under natural conditions, this aging phenomenon is called natural aging treatment. The purpose of aging treatment is to eliminate internal stresses in the workpiece, stabilise the organisation and dimensions and enhance the mechanical properties.
Aluminium Alloy Ageing Furnace Structure Introduction
Aluminium alloy ageing furnace is used for ageing heat treatment of aluminium alloy castings after solution treatment, and it is a special equipment for eliminating the preheating of aluminium alloy materials after primary processing.
Advantages of continuous melting furnaces in use (Ⅰ)
Continuous melting furnace applies standardised design and production, with automatic feeding, automatic liquid discharge, self-diagnosis of faults, full-automatic operation, etc. It is composed of high-quality imported refractory materials, imported special burners and imported electrical components.
Taisho Changchun Co.
The project is designed for an annual output of 200,000 tons of industrial aluminium profiles, the melting and casting workshop mainly consists of: 2 sets of 25-ton gas-fired aluminium melting furnaces, 2 sets of 25-ton tilting and holding furnaces; 2 sets of 40-ton gas-fired aluminium melting furnaces, 1 set of 40-ton tilting and holding furnaces; 2 sets of hydraulic externally-conducted casting machines, and a set of 30-ton even-heat furnace group.
