The aging furnace encloses a large space, closed by the front entrance and the back wall, forming the working space of the aluminium alloy aging furnace, where the hot air exchanges heat with the aluminium profile. The exterior is made of A3 steel plate, continuously welded and reinforced with sectional steel, which has good strength and airtightness. Furnace door adopts guide rail design, the door is closed by the self-weight of the door, and the hot air does not leak out when heating. The opening and closing of the furnace door aging furnace uses the cyclic motion of the cycloid reducer and counterweight, and the self-locking of the electromagnetic brake motor is used to prevent the furnace door from falling down by itself and to ensure the safety of operation.
The feeding car is welded with sectional steel. The furnace is heated by the feed trolley entering the furnace. The feed trolley is driven by a traction chain through a cycloid reducer and sprocket. The feed trolley moves smoothly along the track. Reliable. The material carriage rails and the material frame shall be manufactured and installed by the purchaser.
The furnace chamber is heated with a gas incinerator, and the heated air is sent by a double suction circulating fan to the fabric air outlet of the feeder, and is sprayed from the fire air outlet onto the layered heated items. The flue gases are discharged from the chimney to maintain normal incineration. The temperature inside the furnace is measured by thermocouples placed at the front and back of the furnace and the amount of thermal power is controlled.
