Aluminium alloy ageing furnace is used for ageing heat treatment of aluminium alloy castings after solution treatment, and it is a special equipment for eliminating the preheating of aluminium alloy materials after primary processing.
The structure of this furnace is similar to that of general oven, which is composed of furnace shell, inner lining, door, trolley, heating element, ventilator device and temperature control system, etc. The furnace shell is made of section steel welded as frame.
The shell of the furnace is made of welded steel as the frame. The inner and outer walls are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, which has a small heat deformation coefficient, and the inner lining is made of aluminosilicate refractory fibre needle-punched blanket as heat insulation and heat preservation material to reduce the temperature rise of the furnace wall.
Charging trolley is common with quenching furnace.
The furnace door shell is also made of steel welded frame, the outer wall is also made of cold rolled steel plate, and the inner lining is also made of aluminosilicate refractory fibre needled blanket for heat insulation and heat preservation material.
There are rubber asbestos discs embedded around the furnace opening, and the rubber asbestos discs are tightly affixed to the furnace opening after the door is closed to ensure that no heat is emitted.
The heating element of the electric furnace adopts tubular heater, which is arranged on both sides of the furnace chamber and on the surface of the trolley, the material of the resistance wire is 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy wire, and the outer tube is made of titanium tube, which has a long service life. In order to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature, the furnace is equipped with a ventilator device and an air guide system. The ventilator device is installed on the top of the furnace body, and the fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel, which is centrifugal type. The air-conducting system consists of air-conducting plate and air-blocking plate. The wind guide plate is mounted on the top of the furnace chamber with a wind guide groove. When the fan is turned on, the wind is thrown out from the fan, and evenly blown to the heaters on both sides of the furnace chamber through the wind guide slot, and then blown to the furnace chamber through the vent at the lower part of the wind blocker plate, and then sucked into the fan through the wind guide opening at the lower part of the fan, and then thrown out from the fan again ......, and so on and so forth, to bring the heat produced by the heaters to the furnace chamber, so that the workpiece is heated uniformly.
