Dry-bed continuous melting furnace
The dry-bed continuous melting furnace uses the principle of pressure atomisation of fuel oil to achieve complete combustion, and is equipped with a melting chamber, a holding chamber and a water outlet chamber. Connected to the overall furnace structure and good insulation insulation, effectively enhance the thermal efficiency, reduce heat loss, so that its fuel consumption, furnace consumption is low, and then configure the automatic control of the thermocouple instrument, so that the furnace temperature control is very convenient.
Crucible Furnace
Crucible furnaces are commonly used in aerospace factories, and have the advantage of being more mobile, suitable for frequently changing alloy grades and intermittent production, and their melting quality is also higher. In the factory production can be used for two purposes: one is used as a melting furnace, its heating method in the aviation factory using electric heating, but also the use of gas or heavy oil heating. Electric heating to control the temperature is more convenient, but the use of gas, heavy oil heating heating faster than the use of electric heating, melting time is shorter, the melting furnace crucible capacity is also relatively large (generally 150 to 500 kg). Furnace body is often made into a rotatable, so as to facilitate the liquid metal from the furnace to the pouring bag in the injection. Another is used as a holding furnace, aluminium liquid from the melting furnace into the holding furnace, that is, in the furnace for refining and metamorphosis and other processes, and then with a small pouring spoon from the furnace to scoop the aluminium liquid pouring parts.
