This project is a direct aluminium liquid supply project with a design capacity of 100,000 tonnes per year. The aluminium alloy required by the customer will be matched, and after refining and degassing and other processes, the aluminium water will be poured into the aluminium transfer package at the temperature required by the customer, and sent to the customer's site for direct casting.
The main alloy grades are: ADC12, AC-4B, AlSi6Cu4, AlSi10MgCu, AlSi7Cu3Mg and so on.
There are 8 furnaces in this project:
Melting Furnaces; 3 sets of 25 tonnes; 1 set of 20 tonnes;.
Melting Alloy Furnaces: 1 set of 15 tonnes; 1 set of 13 tonnes; 1 set of 10 tonnes.
The aluminium water of this project is directly supplied to Dongfeng Nissan Engine Company, BYD and other customers.
