Project:Aluminium liquid direct supply project, design capacity:80,000 tons per year.
(Match the aluminium alloys required by customers, through the process of refining and degassing, etc., pour the aluminium water into the aluminium water transfer package at the temperature required by customers, send it to the customer's site and cast it directly)
The main alloy grades are: ADC12, AC-4B, AlSi6Cu4, AlSi7Cu3Mg.
Phase I 7 furnaces: 3 sets each of 25/30 ton melting furnace, 4 sets of 25 ton alloy holding furnace; Aluminium liquid pump filling package, laser level meter to measure the liquid level and can automatically stop the pump, safe and reliable.
The aluminium water of this project is directly supplied to Wuhan Honda and other auto parts factories.
