The melting furnace produces vanadium pentoxide by heating alum to produce liquid vanadium pentoxide, which is subsequently cooled to obtain a solid vanadium pentoxide product. Existing melting furnace structure includes a furnace, furnace body set up burner, burner jet gas combustion in the furnace body, alum raw materials piled up in the furnace body, with the temperature inside the furnace, the reaction is carried out, will generate liquid vanadium pentoxide along the furnace body of the discharge chute out, and then cooled, collected to get the product.
The existing melting furnace is only designed with a discharge chute, the materials in the melting furnace need to be piled up on both sides of the discharge port, due to the limitation of the fabrication method, it will increase the number of times the melting furnace stops to load the materials, resulting in a lower productivity; if you try to pile up more materials in the furnace, the generated liquid vanadium pentoxide is easily blocked by the material heap, can not be discharged instantly, it will continue to absorb heat and evaporate inside the furnace, resulting in a lower yield, and affecting the production of the remaining materials in the furnace. And it affects the production of the remaining material in the furnace.
